Return Policy:

- We offer 14 days returns guarantee on all orders. You have right to return goods within 14 days after receiving item, But will not apply to items that are missing label, altered or sign of having used or damaged.

-Please beware if you order 2 or more different items, products may comes in different packages as we have different warehouse.

- If you want to return you need to contact us within 5 days of receiving the goods.All costs for sending back goods are at buyers expense and we do not cover postage costs.

- Please keep prove of postage receipt as Lunavoux.com is not responsible for goods missing in transit.

- If you receive a wrong items ,we will exchange free of charge .

- Unfortunately, we do not accept returned items that for sale.FINAL SALE: All clearance or discounted items are final sale .They are not eligible for return or exchange.We also do not accept return on personal care goods (beauty products)

- Please note:  Any items returned to us as a result of not being collected by the buyer or if an incorrect address was supplied ,you are subject to a 2.99 deduction /charge if a refund or  re-delivery is requested.

At this moment we do not offer free returns. You would have to cover the returns cost .

So, please take extra care when trying on your purchases.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if refund was approved or not .If approve, you will be refunded on your original payment method.Please remember it can take some time for your bank to process .

VAT and import Duty:

United Kingdom: we will fulfil items so that any import charge or VAT are covered by us .However on occasion, customs processing errors cause charges to be incurred.If you have to pay any additional fees to have your order ,please email us proof of payment and we will refund you .

International :International orders may be incur tax and import duties when item arrived in your country ,so please calculate what this might be before placing your order .
